Yes, you can do Masters in arts from IGNOU as eligibility for MA admission is just that you have to complete your graduation from a recognized college with atleast 50% marks.
So you can apply for IGNOU distance learning for January or June session.

There is no point in doing MBA in Hindi medium because agreed Hindi is our national language however global business language is English only. Hence, almost every company works with English as a common medium for all the stakeholders.
