You have to give competition exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT and on the basis of scores you get, you will have to select the best colleges available with scores you achieve.

If you have an interest in writing in any language, I would suggest you to take mass communication or media science, where you can write on topics, which includes social topics.

As per your query and understanding, according to me, you can think of Hindi Journalism or simply in Mass communication & Journalism programme. Through that, you can enhance your skill and knowledge to get the growth and even you can think of Hindi (Hons) in Bachelor degree and then a Master degree in Journalism.
