Yes, of course, you can choose MA in English, if you have studied Hindi subject in your graduation. It does not matter if you have studied Hindi Hons in your graduation.

As per my understanding of your question is that you have applied for admission, but they aren't responding. To that, there are a lot of students registering around this time and every record is maintained by them manually. It takes around 2-3 days for them to revert back. Have patience. Admission is purely done on a merit basis which is based on the marks of 10+2, the Aizawl Hindi B.Ed. College does not have a good website so the details are not at all clearly given in the website. But according to some reports given, the admission maybe on the basis of marks on 10+2. The application form for applying online will be released and applicants should have to fill the form in the website where students will be selected on the basis of twelfth marks. Best of luck.
