Admission on the basis of CUET UG scores has been started this year only, and this will be the first time that admission will be conducted by participating colleges on the basis of CUET.
However, 360 is a very good mark, and you may easily get admission at Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, the University of Delhi for a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Hindi Patrakarita.
You will need to register at Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College to be considered for admission.

The Rajeev Gandhi University is a very renowned college and has a good reputation in it. It is a very good University that offers various types of courses and programs and contucts entrance exam every year for admission into University. He cutoff for the admission depends on the category the students belonging. The cutoff for general Category usually has 90 marks and for categories the cutoffs varies between 85 to 70. Yes, you can get it because SC/ST have 28% reserved seats despite of scoring this low marks, you can still get a pretty convincing college for M.A. in Hindi Literature.

For colleges like BHU / DU closing cutt off is around 600. You can try good universities like Allahabad University. Best wishes.
