The Hindu College BSc (Hons) in Statistics is a three-year programme divided into six semesters. The programme is aligned with the CBCS structure. A students is required to complete 148 credit points for completion of the programme. The syllabus includes core, elective and ability enhancement papers.  Some of the core subjects are Descriptive Statistics, Caculus, Algebra, Survey Sampling, Statistical Computing, Quality Control, etc. The elective subjects include Time Series Analysis, Operations Research, Econometrics, Actuarial Statistics, etc.

The students who secure a seat in Hindu College during CSAS counselling have to pay the course fee for the first year at the time of admission. However, they can withdraw their application if they no longer wish to pursue their course at the college. The admission fees will be refunded completely only if the withdrawal has been made before the last date of admission. A withdrawal of INR 1000 has to be paid by the candidates. This amount is subject to change and hence, is indicative.
