To secure a seat in the BCom (Hons) course offered at Hindu College, university of Delhi, eligible candidates must apply for CUET (UG) exam. After the exam, they must register for CSAS on the official website of University of Delhi.  They can do so using their CUET application number and date of birth. While filling up the college preference, the candidates should keep Hindu College at the top of their list. If the candidate manages to secure the required cut-off marks in CUET, a seat for BCom Hons at Hindu College will be allotted to them.

The placements drives of the college are handled by a dedicated placement cell. The cell collaborates with various recruiters to provide employment opportunities for the students of the college. The top companies that regularly participate in the Hindu College BCom (Hons) Placement drive include Deloitte, EY, KPMG, etc. The lowest and the highest salary range offered to students is INR 4 LPA to INR 20 LPA.

Hindu College BCom (Hons) admissions are based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Only after appearing for CUET, a candidate can apply for DU's Common Seat Allotment System (CSAS). Hence, interested canidated should take a note of the following two important dates:Last date to apply for CUET (typically in April)Last date to register for CSAS (typically in May)The last date to apply for these exams changes every year and is released by their respective conducting authorities.

The accepted entrance exam for admission to BCom (Hons), Hindu College, is CUET. CUET is typically conducted in the month of May. It is conducted in online (CBT) mode, once each year. In 2024, the exam was conducted over a testing period of 15 days, starting May 15, 2024. The result for the same is expected to be announced by the end of June. The registrations for the exam started in February and continued till April 2024.

The minimum percentage required for admission to the BCom (Hons) course offered by Hindu college is 50% for candidates belonging to the general category. For candidates belonging to the reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC), the required percentage in Class 12 is at least 45%. Additionally, the candidates must have studied either one of the two following subject combinations in Class 12:  List A languages + Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, and at least one subject from List B1At least one subject from List B1 + Accountancy/Book Keeping, and any one language from List A

The CUET 2024 cut-off for admission to the BCom (Hons) at Hindu College, DU has not released yet. It is expected to release by the end of June. However, to form an idea of the expected cut-off, students can refer to the previous-year cut-off. The last round CUET cut-off for BCom (Hons), Hindu College for 2023 was 792. This is the cut-off for the candidates belonging to the general/unreserved category. Students aiming to secure a seat in the Hindu College for BCom (Hons) must try to score atleast 792 in the CUET exam.

The total tuition fee for pursuing BCom (Hons) at Hindu College is INR 80,600. The tuition fee equally divided over the three years of the course duration. Other fee components included in the total BCom (Hons) fees at Hindu College include hostel fee, security deposit (refundable), etc. Additioanally, aspirants are required to pay the CUET and CSAS registration fees while applying for admission.
