Less chance. Cutoff usually goes 98% utmost. Still in some cases, category plays a role but still, the Hindu College of Delhi is the most prestigious college of India. It has a huge demand. Moreover, admission depends on what subject you wish to study. Physics usually is very demanding.

Hi, I'm in CS Professional level and had done my B.Com from Shyamlal College, University of Delhi. It is always preferred that you do your CS and B.Com simultaneously. If you're not able to get into North or South Campus, get yourself registered in DU SOL and focus more on CS as it is a Professional course and levels after foundation (i.e. Executive and Professional levels) are tough and competitive.
