Admission is based on marks obtained in 10+2/ graduation/ post-graduation.
Maximum weightage would be given to the last passed examination.

The aggregate of one language and three best elective subjects would be considered as best four subjects (BFS).
Environmental Education (ISC), Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Painting, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Home Science, Engineering Drawing and all other vocational subjects are not considered as BFS. So you are eligible as your subjects (hist, geo, eco) are included in Political Science Hons.
I think there will be no reduction.

No there is no percentage reduction. The admission is merit based on the basis of your 12th standard best four percentage. You get the college if you meet the requirements of college as every college vary in their cut-off for each subject.
Hope this helps.

It depends on your best four %age of 12th.
DU conducts admission through the merit-based system.
Usually, the cut-offs for Economics Hons. vary from 93-99% in DU.
Every DU college has a different cut-off for different courses.
