There is no proper cut-off. You will have to give entrance exam for MA in political science and on the basis of your entrance exam performance they will allot you a college and eligibility for giving entrance exam is securing 55% and above in B.A Honours in Political Science from any college affiliated to the University of Delhi or B.A (Hons.) in any one of the subject securing 60% aggregate.

Hello Sir, Yes, you can get admission in Hindu college as your marks are very good and you are eligible for this college. Hindu College is one of the colleges under the affiliation of University of Delhi. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in science, humanities and social sciences and commerce.

There is no such preference. It will all depend on your best of 4 and the criteria that you follow like change of stream, etc.

If you opt for B.Com (Hons.) then Maths is compulsory for admission, not only for Hindu College of Delhi University but also for other colleges.
But if you are opting for B.Com (prog.) then Maths is not compulsory for every college of Delhi University.
