Hello Ankit,
Aircraft maintenance engineering is a 3 years duration course, which leads to obtaining degree of B.Sc in aircraft maintenance engineering either mechanical or avionics. The basic eligibility criteria is having passed class 12th with PCM. The fees for this course ranges from about rupees 50,000 per year to sometimes RS. 1 lakh per year. This is over and above what you may have to pay for hostel and some other expenses which you May incur. Yes, girls too can join this course of AME. There is no restriction nowadays for girls to join almost in any field.

Hey Upasna,
Candidate who have passed diploma are eligible for the course in here. You can directly apply to the college because admission in here will be done on the basis of first come first serve basis.
One additional detail about 12th class is that Mandatory Subjects required are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics.

Option 1:
Merit seats- admission through Common Entrance Test conducted by Sha-Shib.
Option 2 :
Payment seats offered by the respective Colleges/Universities.
The above are the options through which an engineering admission could be done, you will have to select the most appropriate college/university in which you want to get into and then obtain the college details, relevant contact phone number and visit the institution for further enquiries.

You can easily apply for this course as the eligibility criteria is to passed in 12th class from a recognized board and these subjects are mandatory - physics, chemistry and mathematics.
Other eligibility criteria
Candidate who have passed diploma are also eligible for the course.
Admission Process
Interested candidates can directly apply to the college and admission will be done on the basis of first come first serve basis.
