According to me, the best universities that you have mentioned is the computer Science engineering from Guru Jambheshwar, because one of my friend is studying there, and I know that he is enjoying, because he tells me about it and about the quality of education and the quality of exposure that he receives it not only helps him in getting a good job but also a good placement.

GJU - Hisar has decent faculty and placement statistics. Think in terms of what you are looking for in that institute to learn. Do not just go blindly go for any institute. Do some research, find the area which you want to specialize in, etc.

Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar-Haryana is a government. Run university which runs M.Sc. (Food Technology) Two Years Duration. Facilities and Infrastructure is also very good.

Hello,There are many books available online (Amazon, Flipkart, etc. ). For preparation of entrance exam for B.Sc in agriculture. In these books, most of the sample questions were taken from past questions of different agricultural entrance exams of many top universities in India. Some of the books which may be useful to you are:
Arihant's B.Sc. Agriculture Entrance Exam 2019
New Vishal's B.Sc. Agriculture Entrance Exam.

They will ask you questions which are all related to your 11th & 12th. So if you have prepare good in your these two years then you can qualify exam. Good luck.
