To be considered for application you must take the GRE and TOEFL. Apart from these exams you must have a very strong all-rounded profile, excellent academic grades in your Bachelor's degree, outstanding project work and research work, if you have publications it's very good, a good number of extracurricular activities are also seemed. Take part in seminars, workshops, voluntary work and build your profile. The application process is online, you have to check the university websites for the same.
