Yes, you can apply for the History (H), but the admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2, means if any student has more marks than you, then he can get admission first.

The basic eligibility criteria is that you should pass 10+2 examination from a recognised board and have scored above 50% in the graduation from a recognised university.

Yes, you can opt arts field as you have done a postgraduate program. There would be no such restriction about the stream. You just need to be graduate in any field to do MA.

Here, medium means Hindi or English. You want to pursue a particular course in Hindi or English language because there are two separate sections for Hindi and English medium students.
