Hi Rich!
As you have not mentioned the college/university, I am giving a general answer and assuming that the question is about the entrance exam. You need to have a basic knowledge of the history of India- Ancient, Medieval and modern. Just remember the sequence of events. You may be given essay questions on general topics to test your writing skills.

Yes, you are eligible for the course. Any candidate who has successfully completed his/her graduation from a recognized university is eligible to apply for the PG Diploma in yogic studies.

The cut off this college is very low because it's location is NCR and most if the children living in Delhi. so that's the reason for low cut off.
This college is good for history hons.
