It's the year of the French Revolution.
To suffice, in this year, the peasants or the lowest class in the social strata of the society rebelled against the French Monarch, Louis XVI and his wife, Mary Antoinette due to the increased taxes imposed on them-including the meagre bread. It took place in Bastille, in France. The day is celebrated as Bastille Day and it resulted in the beginning of Human Rights for the common folk.
Later, Louis XVI and Mary Antoinette were publicly executed by the guillotine.
