About course:
For the candidates who have completed Bachelors degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks with 10+2+3 system, DBS College offers full-time Master of Arts (M.A) and Master of Science (M.Sc). Duration of these courses is of two years. Candidates with minimum 3 years Bachelors Degree related to Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics with 50% marks are eligible to take admission to Colleges M.Sc course. Admission to M.Sc is based on Entrance Exam conducted by the University.
Admission to M.A is based on Marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

JMI offers BA, B.Sc, BBA, B.Com, BTTM, BFA, BA-LL.B, B.Ed and B.Li.I.Sc courses in various specializations. The minimum eligibility criteria is 10+2 from a recognized board. Admission to some of the UG courses will be done through Common University Entrance Test (CUET) while admission to the remaining courses will be done through JMI entrance Test.

Jadavpur University does indeed offer a BA honours programme.
You are also allowed to decide on your own combination.
Choose a combination that includes political science if that is your area of interest.eg. History, political science, and sociologyAnd in your last year, you are just required to take your honours subject.
