The admissions forms are available online on the website of the college you want admission into. Most of the colleges have closed admissions so you may have to try next year.

It depends upon your choice. If you want to be a lecturer then go for NET exam, otherwise go for government jobs like SSC, UPSC, PSU, etc.

DU is one of the top university of India. Every time the cuoff is high the colleges of north campus need above 90% for admission to undergraduate courses. South campus colleges have cutoff a bit low if you get 70-80% you will get to any arts subject. All the best

There would be many colleges where you can get the admission but now officially every college have been stared no one can officially tell that the admission is going on you have to short list some college and check by visiting there.

There is a lot of options which can pay you like you can do Masters in history, so you can get into teaching profession or you can prepare for government job exam or if you could switch you field you can do MBA, because there's a lot of growth in the private sector, and there's a lot more other option too.
