For this purpose, the institute organises regular interaction with industry through seminars, conferences, guest lectures, corporate meets etc. The institute organises on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives to provide enough number of employment opportunities to students.

B.Tech Placement is just unbelievable in HKBK College of Engineering. Most of the engineering students got high-paying job opportunities from this College. However, the college has a good placement record for both B.Tech and MBA programs.In the 2023 placement session, 96% of the B.Tech batch got placed and 93% of the MBA got placed. The average package offered to students ranges between INR 8 LPA and 16 LPA, and the highest package offered was INR 22.40 LPA.
