Yes, an average Indian student can join Holmes Institute if they meet the admission requirements. The institute enrolls over 10,000 international students and offers a range of awards from the vocational level through to master's degrees in business administration and accounting. The admission requirements for the Master of Arts in Wisdom Studies and the Certificate in Wisdom Studies include earning a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher, submitting two letters of recommendation from a faculty member, employer, or minister/mentor, and submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification. 

Holmes Community College offers a work-study programme that provides jobs for students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay education expenses. Students are paid by the hour, and the school pays them directly at least once a month on their Bulldog card. The number of work hours is determined based on students' class schedule, academic progress, and the department of employment.
