Yes, of course, you can pursue B.Sc. Home Science after passing 12th with commerce stream. It does not matter that you have studied it previously or not. And for more information, you should contact to the college principal where you want to take admission.

Yes, definitely you can pursue this course after B.Sc microbiology. For this course, minimum eligibility is required to fulfill that is minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation.

Any one, or any age group can do any type of graduation the eligibility is need to have a plus two, or puc Certificate so no need to hesitate, you can do graduation in Distance mode or direct education.
