Homi Bhabha National Institute is excellent in terms of placement and it is at par with other colleges such as some nit's or even some iit's. It is a great university in terms of placement, as it has a very good return on interest than any college. Hello,Homi Bhaba National Institute which is present in Mumbai is one of the top government universities. It doesn't allow direct admissions and the eligibility criteria for M.Tech is as follows:-It has very limited seats for M.Tech in domains such as Chemical, Mechanical and Electrical engineering. One has to give GATE examination which is accepted by all colleges in India.
