Hi Utkarsh, are you referring to HKUST? If yes, you can check the B.Sc computer science program structure and see if it interests you. However, when enrolling in this program, you will be required to declare study in another major and also this program retains all of the core computer requirements. Check here for details:

If you are interested in something more blended, say a combination of business and informatics you may check the Bachelor of Business Administration (Information Systems) [BBA(IS)] program in conjunction with BE (CS) offe

If you are talking about UG courses, then the deadlines are around February starting from December onwards, so this should be the best time to apply that is before the deadlines.

If you plan to settle down in Asia , Hong Kong is a great place to study Computers, Business etc. From the China job market perspective plenty of scope is available. Average package differs as per the role offered and your previous experience if any. As per reports however MS Computer Science graduates earn around HK$300,00 to HK$650,000 annually.
Hope this helped.

A GRE may be required for your master's. IELTS or TOEFL is generally not required for Asian students to study in Singapore or Hong Kong. You may contact the universities for waivers and requirements.

English is the commonly used language in Hong Kong. You shouldn't be facing language barrier problems at all. Classes too are conducted in English. Knowledge of an additional language is however a value addition.
Yes, International graduates may apply to stay and work in Hong Kong for a 12 month period provided you meet necessary terms and conditions.
