Agriculture focuses on topics such as Plant Biology Plantation management, Agricultural machinery, Biochemistry, Marketing and Management aspects of Agriculture sector etc. In short, it uses concepts of Science and Biology to improve agricultural productivity. Yes. PG course in Horticulture are approved by ICAR. The first batch was 2014-2015 and from there on there are many batches passed out and it's totally approved and taken care by ICAR.
