Dairy technology is a branch of food technology or food Science. But many universities now offer specialised dairy technology courses. If you take a dedicated dairy technology course, you will have a lot of knowledge about milk and dairy products. But in food Science or a good technical course, you have to study many subjects such as dairy technology, beverages, fruit and vegetable processing, grain processing, meat and poultry, etc. So, in food Science or technology, you'll be very knowledgeable about all types of food, including dairy.

Although I am not familiar with Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, as alumnus of LPu, I can provide information. One of Punjab's and India's Best Agriculture Colleges is LPU School of Agriculture. LPU becomes the first private university to receive ICAR accreditation from the Indian government's ministry of agriculture. It places a strong emphasis on doing research in related and agricultural domains. The institution features great farm facilities for conducting agricultural research, as well as well-equipped labs, a library, lecture halls, and other spaces.

Hi. For job purposes, MBA in Agriculture is better than M.Sc. in Agriculture while for research and further studies related to the course M.Sc. Is best. Also, the expense for MBA is much higher than that of an M.Sc. From top institutes, MBA will cost you 8 lac to 12 lac while M.Sc. It will cost you a maximum of up to 2 to 3 lac.
