Candidates aspiring for admission to B.Sc horticulture and forestry are required to fulfil the following minimum eligibility criteria-
10+2 in the Science stream, completed from a recognized educational board.
A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation.
Candidates appearing in their 10+2 exams are also eligible to apply for the course on the provisional basis.

I think it is not possible. Neither the college has mentioned anything on this regard. It is advisable to get in touch with the college officials for detailed information on the same.

With the rank of 889 in AUCET, you can get seat in Biotechnology and Microbiology. Here are also decent chances for horticulture.
