There are many options after graduation in every field but if you want to pursue your post graduation in horticulture only then you can opt for either:
M.Sc in horticulture
Postgraduate Diploma in Horticulture and Landscape Gardening
M.Sc Ag Horticulture (Floriculture and Landscaping).

Eligibility for B.Sc in Agriculture
Interested aspirants for the course are required to fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.
Completion of Intermediate (12 years of school education) in Science stream.
Physics, Chemistry, Biology and/or Mathematics as the subjects of study.
Apart from this, candidates possessing intermediate in Agriculture stream (limited states) are also eligible to apply. Depending on the university, the eligibility varies in terms of a combination of subjects. Eligibility criteria also vary for reserved categories as per the reservation guidelines of GOI.

For both, Indian council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) organised AIEEEA Exams. For horticulture, HORTI-CET exam is the best in India. Date of AIEEA UG 2018 exam: Third week of June 2018
