Hello,
You have mentioned that you have completed your MBA from Acharya Nagarjuna University from same subject. In view of this, I would strongly advise you to continue your doctoral research from the same university. It would be much simpler as you will be knowing the professors. However, if you want to go abroad for your doctoral research, then please approach an agency sending students abroad since there are many different aspects that these universities considered before giving admission and these agencies are aware of how to make your CV better. The general difference between healthcare administration and healthcare management is that management runs the healthcare organization and administration handles the staffing. But within those two general areas are several sub-areas of concern that require years of intense education and experience to get right. Management is a better option to go for.

It is a very common that we mix up these two concepts- Hospital management and administration. People in hospital management are the executives having middle or low level authority in the hospital. They implement the policies and procedures that are formulated by the administration. The managers are responsible for smooth functioning of the hospital where they run the entire show. Eligibility for Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management /Administration BHA is 10+2 with Biology attaining minimum 50% marks. One can do Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma courses and MBA in Hospital Administration, after graduation in any subject. Maharashtra is required for doing M.Phil in Hospital administration. Good luck.
