You can do either of them as both of them have excellent opportunities. But, there would be a difference in some or the other factors. Master's if you pursue even from the top colleges of the country, your compensation will not be as high as someone who has done his or her MBA from any top college of the country. This is not a gospel truth but this is most likely to happen in most of the cases. Now, with regards to work experience in MBA, believe me having and not having work experience have their own advantages and disadvantages.

It completely depends on your profile and your interests and ambitions. First, you should introspect and find the reason as to why you want to do either of these courses and then see your profile and try to match with the eligibility and then map that with your goals and ambitions.

Candidates who hold Bachelors degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Engineering/ Technology/ Medical/ Dental/ Pharmacy/ Agriculture or any other professional courses from recognized Indian universities can apply for the course.
Candidates need to register for NEET-PG.

Hi Maddera,
Unfortunately, you cannot pursue MBA in Hospital Administration. Only graduates in the related field are eligible for the course. Diploma holders are not considered eligible for the same.
