I think agriculture is the best option because in this field, you have many scopes for job. You can go in the banking field. And, you have many option also. You can check this on Google.

Hi Angel, you must pass the exams conducted by the Medical Council of the specific countries, without clearing those exams which are supposedly very tough you won't be recruited. Also if you are planning for an MBA abroad and working abroad too, gain some work experience after your B.Sc since MBA abroad programs don't accept freshers.
