Both courses are good. If you pursue M.Sc in biochemistry then you will get career options related to production of medicines in pharmaceutical companies. If you pursue management in health administration then it will be a management job in hospitals or pharma industries. It depends on your career choice whether you want a career in core process or management.

Yes, you can get a good job. However, make sure that you pursue your course from a good college that may get you a good placement.

You must firstly check which all universities offer a Masters program in hospital management. I will urge you to check the DAAD website. A few related programs are MBA in International Healthcare Management -Frankfurt School of Finance & Managemen and Master in Health and Medical Management-Friedrich-Alexander Universitt Erlangen-Nrnberg. You must also check if the programs are offered in German or English. Clearing GMAT and IELTS might be essential.

Marketing is most recommended for various lucrative opportunities and frequent jobs in markets.
