Nandini, BBA HR is better as you will have wider career prospects with it. After BBA Hosp.Adm., your career prospects would be confined to healthcare field but with BBA HR you can have a career in Healthcare field too but this is not possible with BBA Hosp.Adm.
Many good universities in the country offering BBA (with different specializations) and are having good placement record too are Sharda, Lovely, Manipal etc. Some of these universities offer scholarships too.
