Dear Nikhil,
BSc in hotel management caters to how a hotel is managed and run. Here, see the difference, it's particularly for hotels. But, hospitality is also an intergalactic part of hotel. So, according to me, if you want your career particularly in any hotel then you can opt for BSc in hotel management. Hospitality industry covers too many fields, from hotel to airlines and from tourism to cruise ships.
Both the courses go hand in hand.

Hospital Management will limit your opportunities in longer run because it will remain with your CV. Better to General MBA and do some short course in Hospital Mgt. If you still firm on being in Hospital Industry only, go ahead. Doing it will help you. Understand what type of life you will get and feel, in the career you choose.
