The eligibility criteria for nearly all universities in India is a 12th or equivalent pass with minimum 50%.
Whether you do it in Arts, Science, Commerce or Vocational, it hardly rarely matters.

It depends to what extend there is a problem and it depend on the institutes as well. So make sure you mention every small things while applying for the course. You can talk with them prior applying to any course.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based on marks obtained in graduation. Ideally, you can if you have met the other requirements like sufficient academic grades, good IELTS scores, etc. As far as the gap is concerned this will also depend on the nature of the gap, how valid and genuine it is. If it was work experience, it won't be considered as a gap. Now, you need to check with the universities for the specific requirements, GRE is not mandatory for all universities in Canada, so accordingly check on university websites and email them.
