Jai hind college is a prestigious college for b. Voc it is good choice you can apply for college entrance exam first to take admission. Because B. Voc is based on practical knowledge you have to also focus of practicals more than theory.

Yes, of course, you can apply for graduation course after the gap, for that you need to get a Certificate mentioning your gap. That Certificate is called a gap Certificate. You can also apply for open university for that you don't need any certificate

Sir, there is no degree orcourse exist which can provide you a 100% placement guarantee it all depends upon your caliber and your progress. You have to work hard to achieve the placement .
Surely the BHMCT from IHM Meerut is a good career option but for placements you have to study hard as well as you also have vacational training & experience certificates of the department. For these certificates you have to work in hotels and chains as interns at just negligible stipend (max -1200 rs ) upto 6 months .
