You can get admission for MBA through CAT, MAT, XAT and SAT. These are the entrance exam and through any one of these, you can get admission in MBA.

There are conflicting information regarding its affiliations. There are two courses on offer there, BA and, B.Sc, BA is affiliated to foreign universities and the B.Sc is doubtful, but from what I believe is provided with IGNOU. Please do confirm it with the institution before taking admission.

It will be better, if you complete your 12th standard first, because after that you will have more options and the best career path for you will be B.Voc Degree in Hotel Management. B.Voc is a work integrated degree programme where applicants get opportunity to earn while learning. In this programme theory classes happen at The Hotel School (training hub partner) and practical training is conducted at leading star category hotels in Delhi and Haldwani, Uttarakhand. I think everyone should go for B.VOC Degree in Hotel Management instead of any other course in HM. B.VOC is very different from traditional degree programs. You can read below the full information about the course.
