There are plenty of ways to do that, one would be to take certification programs that boost your credentials. If you do certificate programs from reputed University, such as Cornell or other similar Universities, it could give you boost in your career. But this may be expensive, still worth every penny. There are certain conditions for a person to join such programs, check them out. Another great option would be MBA, but if you want to get into corporate you have to study from top Institutions.

B.Sc in hotel management or BHM have almost the same course curriculum, so you may consider pursuing any of these course.
However, please remember while taking admission your emphasis should be more on selecting a good institute.
You may consider some of the below mentioned points while selecting an institute.
- Institute's infrastructure.
- Teaching faculty.
- Past placements records.
- Tuition fees.
- City preference.
- Industry interface.

It depends on many factors. Both your present college and future college must agree for the transfer. You need approval from the respective universities. You should not have any backlogs. And the course must be same.

The BITS Pilani offers MBA in general management only with following electives subjects as under.
1. Engineering & Technology Management
2. IT Enabled Services Management
3. Finance
4. Marketing
5. HRM
Hence MBA in Hospitality/ Hotel management is not available here.
