Yes. They do accept it. National Institute of Open Schooling is an organisation run by central government. They have complete authority to conduct board exam and no one can question their validity. The certificates issued by NIOS is hundred percent valid. Please check the below link for Univeristies in Australia for Hospitality Management studies.

It would depend on the colleges you have given preference for. If the specific college has high demand then you would have to go for repeated counseling session.

Comparison to the lowest NIT, the placement cell is more active and they do recruitment process from August to June. Placement is good not only for M.Tech CS only, but also for all courses at computer Science department but the package is much good for M.Tech AI people. Good luck.
