Being a culinary expert is a real great choice for life. But doing B.Sc in Hospitality Administration will give you the insight of all core department of the hotel and operations. When you have decided to specialize in culinary I request you to opt for Diploma in Culinary Arts and do more research on culinary. Experience is all that you need to prosper as a Chef. Difficult to asses. If you meet the admission criteria you can. Though you are from Science background and the chosen programme is not relevant it is possible that you get accepted. Depends on college requirements and how you showcase your interest. I will suggest you check NZ and Aus and also UK. They are more flexible.
