National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT JEE) is a national-level entrance examination conducted by NCHMCT to offer admissions in Diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in hospitality and hotel administration. Qualifying in NCHMCT JEE ensures that candidates will secure admissions into the 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management and the 19 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management. A student is not allowed to pursue two regular degrees together that violets UGC guidelines.

No, you can't do so if you are willing to get admission in a reputed college because the qualifying exam to get admission in the colleges is class 12th, so you have to pass it. But many institutions also accept Diploma courses so you can go for them also.
