Both are different subjects. It cannot be compared to each other. So, I would suggest you to follow your interest & passion. As per scope wise B.Sc is a subject which has an overall scope while getting placed. But culinary would give you a specific domain to work on after completion of the course. You can get a visa if you know anyone in Europe. Someone from there can help you if you know anyone. But you need to have someone from there who can help you out and also try for some consultancy and they may also help you out with this and also you need to clear TOEFL or IELTS.
