Hospitality is the industry that comprises not only hotels, but also resorts, restaurants, cruises, casinos, etc. So, it's a much broader term. Still, if you're referring to educational courses, hospitality management and hotel management have a lot in common. And if you choose hotel management, it does't mean that in future you'll only be able to work in hotels.
