Chitkara College of Hospitality Management offers BSc as a flagship course. The college offers various specialisation under BSc which includes B.Sc. in Culinary Arts, BSc in Bakery and Pastry and B.Sc in Hospitality Administration. Chitkara also has a collaboration with George Brown College under this collaboration the college offers a BSc in Culinary management. This collaboration college provides a three-year degree for this two year degree done under Chitkara College of Hospitality Management and one year under George Brown College in Canada.

The eligibility requirements varies course-wise. However, candidates are required to complete a minimum of Class 12 to apply for any of the UG courses at Dr. D.Y.
