Candidates whose names are displayed in AIHMCT OAT 2025 merit list need to appear for counselling in order to clear the admission procedure. The counselling round is conducted at the college campus of Army Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Bengaluru. AIHMCT WAT 2025 counselling is likely to be conducted in June 2025. While appearing for AIHMCT counselling, candidates need to carry all their certificates in originals along with four “Certified True Copies” such that the certificates are photocopied and duly attested.

The evaluation scheme of AIHMCT OAT 2025 was as under: For each correct attempt, candidates will be awarded one mark. There is no negative marking in case of wrong attempts. The final scores will be a total of all the correct attempts made by the candidates.

The application fee for AIHMCT WAT 2025 is same for all categories; i.e. INR 1,000. Candidates have to submit the application fee without that their application form will not be submitted. Candidates can fill the application form for AIHMCT WAT in online mode only. They need to visit the website and click on the Register button to fill out the application form. Then they need to upload all details including academic qualification, test centre selection, photograph and signature. In the end, candidates have to pay the application fee in online mode itself to submit the form successfully.

To be eligibile to apply for AIHMCT WAT 2025, candidates must have passed 10+ 2 examinations or its equivalent in any academic stream with English as a compulsory subject. Candidates can also apply provisionally, subject to the condition that they produce proof of passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission. The candidate should not be more than 22 years of age as on July 01, 2025. The date of birth recorded in the matriculation or equivalent examination certificate will be considered as proof.
