Its 10 am to 5:00 or 5:30 pm, You will get break of 1 hr from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm or break time depends on your college. Saturday and Sunday holiday. And it's depend on the college

There are many colleges of hotel management you can search online and in their websites you will get the contact details of their college and you can easily ask about the procedure, basically, you have to give JEE exam to get admitted. And if it's help you like it.
