You can easily get internship in hotel out of india if you have any connection in any of the international brand. If not you can search the hotel's website for job openings. Mail the hotels you want to do internship in with your qualifications and resume.

Dear Anil.
Culinary Arts is a part of Hotel Management only. Culinary arts in other words is also known as Food Production. If you want to be a professional chef then pursuing a course in culinary arts will be better but if you want to keep other departments open also then you shall opt for a general hotel management programme. where you will be taught for all 4 departments Front Office, House Keeping, food & beverage service, and food production.

Dear Anu, Every university has different eligibility criteria for B.Sc. In hospitality and tourism. Being alumni of LPU, I would say that you should have only passed with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English or equivalent. There is no entrance exam for admission.
