Culinary Arts is a part of Hotel Management only. Culinary arts in other words is also known as Food Production. If you want to be a professional chef then pursuing a course in culinary arts will be better but if you want to keep other departments open also then you shall opt for a general hotel management programme. where you will be taught for all 4 departments Front Office, House Keeping, food & beverage service, and food production.
