BBA in Travel and Tourism Management is better than B.Voc Retail management. First of all, Please do not bring your exterior appearance in your career path. If you are qualified, smart and confident - no can stop you going ahead in life. It is only for the airline cabin crew jobs (not ground jobs) - certain parameters are set by the airline companies related to weight. Other Job areas in Aviation / Tourism do not have such issues. Now, you can still work on your weight reduction - if you still not very confident.
