No, (as per my knowledge and my college). You cannot do B.Sc Culinary arts through distance or correspondence education, because it is a completely practical course, all your learning and examinations are majorly on practical basis. Even if somehow you find any college offering this course on distance education basis, you will be in loss because you won't be able to gain all that knowledge and skills that a regular student gains.

If you have interest in any particular thing, then you must achieve it. And, Hotel and hospitality industry also has a lot of scope. But, one must not join hotel management if he/she thinks that studies are less or there is just practical work and no theory, then he /she is absolutely incorrect. A lot of hard work is required in this stream. And, the theoretical work is as equally as practical work. You must remember that you should never keep your interests or choices aside, do whatever you want, you will always achieve success, but whatever you do put your heart in it. If you have to ultimately go into hotel management then better go directly into it and then pursue Masters in that. However, the packages that you get range from 3 to 7 LPA and the career in this field in India does not seem to be very promising, until you run your own hotel.

After completing Diploma in aviation, hospitality and travel management from Frankfinn you could explore sectors such as ground staff, cabin crew etc. Aviation Industry typically is divided into airlines for passengers (life) and cargo (non-life).
