B.Sc from IHM is same everywhere, the course is decided by NCHMCT and with support from IGNOU. There are various departments in hotel that you can concentrate on, but during your studies you have study all the departments.

The eligibility for admission to Travel and Tourism courses at the Diploma level is, 10th standard or it's equivalent qualification in any discipline from a recognized university. Minimum 50% marks required in 10th standard. Most of the reputed colleges give first preference to the candidate who completed 12th standard. The applicant can get direct admission after completing 10th standard as well. Colleges offering Diploma in Travel and Tourism Course:-

Entrance exams are compulsory for admission to IHMs. But, there is a small exception. Students with really good marks in qualifying exam can apply directly to the college for admission. This method was used by very less number of students and was available almost two years ago. The present process of this is unknown. And, I would request you to contact the institution directly.

Comparison to the lowest NIT, the placement cell is more active and they do recruitment process from August to June. Placement is good not only for M.Tech CS only, but also for all courses at computer Science department but the package is much good for M.Tech AI people. Good luck.

Well, I would suggest you go for B.Sc Hospitality and hotel administration from an IHM, or go for a BHM course. Another option is to do a Diploma course, but it's better to do a Bachelor's degree.
