It depends on you. The minimum salary would be 10-12k, if you crack MT programme then you will get 25k or more than that. It also depends on your department for which you are interest.

You can do. But, you can also do Diploma in all four departments of hotel. If you want to make your career in any one department, then choose Diploma otherwise go for B.Sc in hospitality and hotel administration.

The starting salary varies from type of jobs and in which sector you join:
> In hotels and Resorts- it will be around 20 Thousand per month in star category hotels
> In Fast Food Chains like Ruby Tuesday, Pizza Hut, it can be Rs 25000 per month
> In Airlines it can be Rs 35000 per month
> In cruise liners it can be Rs.50000 per month
Also please note high salary also depends on your skills sets and type of job you get after completing the course.
