Yes, you are eligible for hotel management course. Instead of B.Sc. In hotel management I suggest you to go for B.Voc DEGREE in Hotel Management. B.Voc is a work integrated degree programme where applicants get opportunity to earn while learning. In this programme theory classes happen at The Hotel School (training hub partner) and practical training is conducted at leading star category hotels in Delhi and Haldwani, Uttarakhand. B.Voc degree in Hotel Management is offered by Tata Institute of Social Sciences - School of Vocational Education (TISS-SVE), a NAAC A+ government. Yes, you are eligible to do Diploma in Hotel Management. There is no such age barrier to do the course. You only need to passed 10th class that's it. Moreover, as you are a graduate, it's very good as you have opted for Hotel Management. However, as per your qualification, you can go for Bachelors in Hotel Management in IHM, the premier institute for Hotel Management, Government of India.

Yes, you are eligible for hotel management. There are plenty of private colleges in Delhi that do not require entrance exams

Bachelor Science in Hotel Management-
B.Sc. In Hotel Management is a 3-year full-time undergraduate course, the minimum eligibility for which is higher Secondary Certificate (10+2 qualification) with a minimum aggregate score of 50% in best four relevant subjects. So, you can apply for it.
